What are cookies?
Cookies are IT data, especially text files, stored in end user devices and intended for the use of websites. These files allow to identify the user device and properly display the website, tailored to individual preferences of the user. Cookies typically contain the name of the website from which they come, storage time on the end device and a unique number.
Why are cookies used?
Here are several examples why cookies are used:

What types of cookies do we use?
We use two types of cookies—session cookies and persistent cookies.
- Session cookies are temporary files that remain on the user’s device until the user logs out of the website (finishes placing an order) or exits the program (web browser).
- Persistent cookies are those files that remain on the user’s device in the cookie parameters for a specified period of time or until they are manually removed by the user. Within this type of cookies, we use first-party cookies, within our domain, for our own needs, and third-party cookies, which enable the use of functionalities provided by third parties. For example: for analytical purposes we use Google Analytics, a service commonly used by websites.
What about safety of data in cookies?
Personal data collected with the use of cookies may be collected only in order to perform specific functions for the user. Such data are encrypted in a way preventing access of unauthorized persons.
Users may, at any time, remove cookies using available functions in their web browsers.
Limiting the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the website.
